Buttery new potatoes with a dash of sugar for a sweet flare.
Directions:
Combine potatoes in a larger pan with enough water to cover a fourth of the potatoes. Bring potatoes to a boil over medium high heat. Add butter, salt, granulated sugar, onion and basil. Reduce heat to medium low and cover. Cook potatoes, stirring occasionally, until they are tender, about 30 minutes. Stir potatoes gently to coat then tranfer to a serving dish. Serve immediately.
