  • package asian sesame salad dressing
  • 2
  • tbsp soy sauce
  • 1.5
  • boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 2
  • tbsp crunchy peanut butter
  • 2
  • tbsp honey
  • 0.5
  • tsp crushed red pepper
  • 1
  • cooked drained thin spaghetti
  • 1
  • grated carrots
  • 0.5
  • sliced green onions
  • 0.5
  • chopped cilantro

    Cook's Tip:

    Keeping It Safe Cutting boneless skinless chicken breasts into pieces can be a slippery task. Make it safer and prevent the knife from slipping by cutting the chicken while it is partially frozen. The firmer chicken is much easier to cut and handle.

    Directions:

    MIX dressing and soy sauce. Pour 1/3 cup of the dressing mixture over chicken in medium bowl; toss to coat. Cover. Refrigerate 1 hour to marinate. COMBINE remaining dressing mixture, peanut butter, honey and crushed red pepper; set aside. PLACE chicken and marinade in large skillet; cook and stir on medium-high heat 8 minutes or until chicken is cooked through. Place in large bowl. Add chicken, spaghetti, carrots, onions and cilantro; mix lightly. Add dressing mixture; toss to coat.
