Directions:
Place chocolate in saucepan. Cover with very hot water about 2 inches deep. Put cover on pan; let stand about 5 minutes to soften chocolate. Test with back of fork to see if chocolate is soft. Carefully pour off water some water may cling to chocolate. Stir in yolks, one at a time, using wire whisk. Cook over low heat until thick. Blend in butter, 1 tablespoon at a time, and grand marnier. Cool slightly. Beat egg whites until soft peaks form; then add sugar 1 tablespoon at a time. Beat until stiff peaks form. Pour chocolate into large mixing bowl. Beat 1/4 of stiffly beaten egg whites into chocolate mixture with wire whisk; mix well. Fold in remaining whites with rubber spatula. Pour into glass serving bowls. Chill about 1 hour or until serving time.
