Variations:
Roll of process cheese is available in pepper, garlic, smokey or bacon flavor.
Directions:
Split frankfuters lenghthwise, cutting only about 3/4 the way through. Place in shallow baking dish or jellyroll pan spread cut surfaces with process cheese; sprinkle cheese generously with crushed corn chips. Bake in moderate oven at 375 degrees until heated through.
