  • cup Minute white rice, uncooked

  • cup Water
  • 0.5
  • cup Frozen mixed vegetables
  • 1
  • -- Egg
  • 1
  • tbsp Kraft Balsamic vinaigrette dressing
  • 1
  • tbsp Soy sauce

    Directions:

    Place rice and water in microwaveable bowl. Add vegetables. Pour egg over vegetables; cover. Microwave on high 5 min. Let stand, covered, 5 min. Fluff with fork. Add dressing and soy sauce. Toss lightly to combine.
