What we’ve come to know as Chinese food is indeed welcome here. Fried rice, Kung Pao Chicken, Cashew Chicken, Beef and Broccoli – all of those take-out favorites can be easily and quickly fixed at home, sometimes much cheaper and with less fat than take-out. Just a little know-how, time and a good recipe is all that’s needed. This is also a space for more authentic Chinese dishes, things that would be served at home or in restaurants in China that represents local cuisine. Clay pot and wok recipes are helpful for those who own those items but aren’t quite sure quite how to put them to good use. Vegetarian, tofu and vegan recipes with a Chinese flare are always useful.
